    Meet the Speakers

    Louis Diez is a fundraising strategist and founder of the Donor Participation Project and Wize. He has led donor growth efforts at Muhlenberg College and the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra using his "Sustainable Revenue Engine" model. Louis holds an MBA, PhD in Business, and MM in Music Performance, and brings a multidisciplinary approach to nonprofit fundraising and engagement.

    Amanda Smith is Executive Director at Lehigh Valley Health Network and a philanthropy leader with 20 years of experience in advancement services and data-driven fundraising. She has grown donor pools by over 1,400% and was recognized in Association of Healthcare Philanthropy's 40 Under 40. Amanda specializes in coaching fundraising teams and optimizing major gift strategies.
