About the Presenters

Lisa Vuona, Managing Partner, Boyden Boston. With decades of experience in human resources, talent management, and executive search, Lisa is proud to serve as Managing Partner of Boyden Boston and as a member of the Global Social Impact Practice and Human Resources Practice. As a search partner, she is strategic, driven, and committed to finding ‘a needle in a haystack.’ As a recruiter, she is thoughtful, responsive, and open-minded. Prior to joining Boyden in 2021, Lisa was Vice President of Lindauer Global for 14 years, engaged in full life-cycle searches for national and international non-profit organizations. Lisa also served as the Director of Recruitment and Training for the American Heart Association. Lisa’s expertise in building teams in non-profit organizations has yielded consistent higher than average retention rates.
