More than ever, the senior most development officer in any size organization faces both opportunity and challenges. AFP MA Chapter and Development Guild/DDI are pleased to announce a program for the leader of the development operation. Presenters tackle Board Development & Engagement, Talent Management, and the role of Technology in Philanthropy. Take advantage of this occasion to network and explore these topics with the most experienced fundraising leaders in our community.

Program Schedule:

7:30 am: Join colleagues for breakfast, networking and catching up.
8:30 am: Allen Peckham of Development Guild/DDI and Roger Brown, President, Berklee College of Music, will reveal strategies for effectively developing and engaging your board.
9:45 am: Susan Paresky, Senior Vice President for Development, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Kathleen Kelly, Director of Advancement and Engagement at Concord Academy, will share best practices on staff retention at all levels of your staff.
11:00 am: Brent Grinna, CEO and Founder, EverTrue, Greg McHale, Founder, good2gether, and Linda McIntosh, Executive Director of Advancement Services, Boston College, will discuss the use of technology to engage donors and prospects across the generations. Find out about the best platforms and methods for engaging your constituents.
12:00 pm: Join colleagues for lunch and networking to reflect on the outstanding learning moments from the morning.
